Tesla battery vertical integration expert joins Adamas Intelligence

Aleem will lead our advisory work on topics related to supply chain integration, critical minerals policy, and navigating challenges and opportunities in today’s hypercompetitive global industry.
At Tesla, Aleem led Global Critical Minerals Policy and Business Development as well as Battery Materials Corporate Development. He was instrumental in providing expert feedback to the US Government on certain components of the Inflation Reduction Act and led evaluations for further vertical integration into the battery materials space from primary and secondary supply sources.
